Milestones in Karen's career include:

• Earning the monthly Miss Go Give Award for the Emerald division in June of 2009. This prestigous award is a peer-nominated award and given to someone who gives to her community without expecting anything in return.
  
• Earning her first company car in 1991.
  
• Earning her first pink Cadillac in 2007 and a second in 2009!
